Residential Design Intern

The Residential Design Intern supports Bruin’s residential construction team by assisting with design planning, client selections, and project coordination. This role helps create floor plans, develop finish selection packages, estimate residential construction costs, and support project schedules. Ideal candidates can think practically about homeowner needs, design affordable yet custom homes, and use design software to produce drawings and renderings. This position is well-suited for students in design, architecture, or construction management seeking hands-on experience in residential design and construction.
