  • FOUNDING PARTNER AND SENIOR ADVISOR

    Rory Steele is a founding partner of Bruin Construction and brings over 20 years of construction experience to the company. As a builder, mentor, and advisor, Rory has shaped the foundation of Bruin’s culture, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing things the right way.

    Rory now serves as a Senior Advisor, providing wisdom, field insight, and industry expertise that guide major decisions and help the next generation of leaders thrive. His leadership has been central to Bruin’s growth and reputation across the region.

    Outside the field, Rory is known for his quick humor, problem-solving mindset, and uncanny ability to stay calm in any situation — qualities that have made him a trusted voice within the Bruin family for two decades. Outside the office: Rory is usually jamming on his guitar with his band, caring for his family, or sipping Starbucks while enjoying the simple moments.

  • FIELD PROJECT MANAGER

    Justin ensures construction work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule. His role is primarily hands-on in the field and focused on job execution. He is responsible for ensuring work on job sites is completed correctly, safely, and on time. He serves as the on-site support, eyes, and coordination point to help keep each project moving smoothly. Outside the office: Justin can be found spending time with his family or tackling a never-ending honey-do list from his wife.

  • CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    With a Master’s of Organizational Leadership from Johnson University, Dominique is passionate about leadership development and believes that great companies are built by investing in people. Whether he’s mentoring team members, reviewing project plans, or forging new partnerships, he leads with integrity and vision. Outside of his role, Dominique is deeply family-oriented, a natural encourager, and known for bringing a sense of purpose and focus to every room he walks into. Outside the office: Dominique enjoys investing in his family, building future-minded systems, and dreaming up the next big idea for Bruin’s growth.

  • BUSINESS MANAGER

    She keeps Bruin running smoothly behind the scenes. She makes sure our projects, paperwork, and office operations stay organized and on track, giving the rest of the team the freedom to focus on building. She brings structure, consistency, and a calm presence to the day-to-day flow of the company. Outside the office: Emily is focused on her family—raising her four children and being the heart of her home.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

    Noel supports operational efficiency, administrative accuracy, and customer service needs. Her job is to help keep your project running smoothly, so there are no delays and anything you need receives immediate attention. Noel ensures every detail is handled professionally and with clarity. Outside the office: Noel is raising her twin girls and loving every moment as they watch their personalities grow.

  • PLUMBING APPRENTICE

    Eli was born in China and adopted at the age of four. Growing up in a large family with eight siblings helped shape his strong values of teamwork, dedication, and hard work. Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing video games.

    Eli began plumbing school in January 2025 and entered the plumbing industry professionally in October 2025. Since then, he has been committed to developing his skills and providing dependable plumbing services. Through his work with the company, Eli takes pride in helping customers with their plumbing needs while continuing to grow in his trade and deliver quality workmanship.
